Swedish massage uses long strokes, kneading, circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energise. Swedish massage is a good form to start with, if you haven’t had a massage before. It is the foundation for other types of massage treatments, including sports massage, deep tissue massage and aromatherapy massage.
